The jacuzzi disappointment

Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a marvelous bar atmosphere, made our evenings enjoyable. The staff were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

The jacuzzi was never hot enough to relax in after skiing, a letdown. I found the dining options limited for vegetarians.

Perfect room overlooking mountain.

We had a spotless and simply decorated room, also there were a work desk, a multi-channel television, and a seating area. Loved its mountain views.

Don't miss the children's custom pasta option at dinner. It's a hit with families, ensuring kids enjoy their meals!

Had a very enjoyable time. The venue was special and ideal, I enjoyed the location near to Arabba's, March skiing and food selection, and mountain views. The hotel had a marvellous and fab position, by the Dolomite mountains.

Well, the area was a bit disappointing overall.

I had a fantastic time! The buffet dinners were very nice with massive and varied selections, and the wine cellar blew my mind, but the room was a bit smaller than I expected.

The jacuzzi was always lukewarm, talk about a total letdown after a long day. And don't even get me started on the scrambled eggs, creamy powder is not my idea of breakfast. I should've received some type of complimentary gift for these tragic inconveniences, but I guess they don't care about guests like me.

Dinner had Michelin-quality dishes, while the whirlpool needed refurbishing.

The staff is friendly and genuinely helpful. Breakfast offerings are extensive, ensuring a strong start to each day with various options.

A Nice Family Ski Experience

The attentive staff made dining enjoyable, especially with personalized pasta for the kids. Families should consider parking outside and enjoy a family-friendly environment.

The spacious room had fine views of the Dolomite mountains and the bar atmosphere was perfect for après-ski relaxation. The staff were attentive.

The ski locker area could use more space during busy times.

The location was excellent, just a walking distance from Due Baite.

The spa facilities were a refreshing treat after a long day on the slopes, offering multiple saunas that helped us unwind. We particularly enjoyed the cozy lounge with a fireplace. Dinner was a highlight, with a massive buffet and themed menus that impressed everyone in our group.

The ski locker area is on the cramped side. The jacuzzi could use a boost in temperature, as it was lukewarm at best after a day of skiing. Not to mention, the breakfast scrambled eggs were pretty disappointing-definitely not fresh and seemed like powdered. Finally, I noticed that during peak dining hours, the seating in the dining area quickly ran out, leading to a crowded environment that detracted from the overall experience.
